Stories about my first time (ebook + workbook)
About the book
Stories about my first time is an extremely intimate perspective from one woman about her first time having sex.
Except that it's not just one story: it's a story told and retold, from different perspectives, in 40 short chapters. It is an exploration of the stories we tell ourselves and how this shapes our lives. It is about how a story has the power to control us - and also to set us free.
Stories about my first time is written by Ani Deal and was originally published in October 2023 as a 40-day journey.
This ebook also includes a BONUS workbook with contemplation questions + practices to accompany readers on the journey ♡

Testimonials
Jonas:
What I like about the book is how intimate and raw it feels. It's relatable and confronting, painful and healing and both surreal and real in the most honest of ways.
Micha:
Ani took me on a dive deep into not only her, but also my past. She shares her experience from different angles, making me understand that there is not only one way to a story, but so many. I got encouraged to ask more, feel more and make room for more emotions at one time. There is always more than just way of a story. And all of them are true.
Isabelle:
It is making me reflect on my own journey, my own past or present struggles related to intimacy and trust.
Nick:
Ani has shared her story in a way that allows you to see the same interaction through 40 different lenses and grapple with the complexities of the human experience.
Anonymous:
The vulnerability shown in the chapters is opening a door of self reflection and vulnerability in myself.
