So many of us are living in a low-grade state of anxiety, vigilance, or overwhelm—without realizing how unsafe our nervous systems feel underneath it all.

Safety is not a mindset.
It’s a felt experience in the body, and it's at the core of all other healing work.

This 14-day, hybrid series is designed to help you gently rebuild a sense of internal safety through nervous-system education, somatic practice, and shared regulation.

We’ll move slowly, intentionally, and without pressure.

What this includes:

  • Two in-person workshops (75-90 minutes each)

  • Nervous system education you can actually apply

  • Guided somatic and breath-based practices

  • Daily support prompts for integration

  • Community connection and co-regulation

You’ll learn how to:

  • regulate your nervous system in daily life

  • ground and self-source safety in your body

  • repattern thoughts and behaviors without judgment

  • support healing without constant storytelling

Most importantly, we will practice and integrate together—so this doesn’t stay theoretical.

This is not a class you attend and forget.
It’s a fully supported, 14-day reset for your nervous system.
