By the age of 12, I found myself teaching basic mindfulness-based meditation to my fellow classmates (some who were even older than me!) as a newly minted Black Belt in Taekwondo. Since then I've continued to evolve my practice into something simple, quick, and effective...just like a cup of morning coffee (but better!).
